Hello, fellow deal hunter! I hope your weekend is off to a relaxing start. If you don’t have a cup of coffee (or tea) yet, go grab one and then let me tell you about all the awesome deals you can find on Amazon and around the web today.
OK, now that you’re ready, let me tell you want I found today. Some days, there are so many amazing deals on products my company has tested and knows for sure are the best. Today is not one of those days, but I am relentless when it comes to finding good deals. I dug deeper, looked further, and researched more price histories to uncover some real gems that I think you’ll love. Shall we browse?
1. The best tax software at a discount
The new year, unfortunately, means it’s time to start thinking about doing your taxes. I know, I know. No one wants to deal with taxes, but it’s just part of life. And this year, there are a bunch of new changes to how you file so you’ll want software that makes it easy to navigate.
Right now, you can get TurboTax software for $20-$45 off, whether you need something simple or something more complex. We put TurboTax, H&R Block, and Tax Act to the test last year and found that TurboTax’s software was the easiest to use, making it our top choice. And they ran this sale in January last year for the same great discount.
2. A power strip to cut back on cord clutter
With more technology comes more plugs. And if you’ve been playing outlet roulette every time you need to vacuum, maybe it’s time to invest in a power strip that’ll handle even the most crowded entertainment center. Right now, you can save $5 on Anker’s accommodating 12-outlet power strip with the code “ANKERPS2.” Not only does the layout make it easier to organize those bulky plugs, but it also has three high-speed USB ports so you don’t have to lose an outlet to a phone charger!
One of Reviewed’s own got wind of this amazing pet bed that uses your pup’s own body heat to warm itself and keep them cozy. She tried it out with her Chihuahua with adorable results. Right now, it’s on sale for just under $20, so if you live where it’s cold, have a pet that can never seem to get cozy enough, or just want to spoil your fluffy friend, we highly recommend this adorable bed. It’s great for cats too!
Whether you’re training for a half marathon or you just want to move more, a fitness tracker can help keep you motivated. The Fitbit Charge 3 is the best we’ve tested because it’s got a great app, has lots of features right on the device, is completely waterproof, and has a battery life of over a week. It also tracks your steps, monitors your heart rate, and helps keep you centered and active with reminders to breathe and move. Right now it’s $20 less than usual on Amazon and directly from Fitbit.
5. One of the best coffee mugs is still on sale
Nothing compares to a sip of hot coffee on a cold morning. But if you’re drinking from a disposable cup (or you bring a regular mug in the car, Todd, you weirdo) your coffee is going to cool down real quick. If you use an insulated mug, though, it’ll stay warmer longer. Who doesn’t want that? Plus, you can cut down on waste and feel better about your carbon footprint or maybe even quit your coffee shop habit for good. Contigo makes the best affordable travel mugs, and right now the sleek matte balck is only $15, down from its usual $20-$25 price range.
